Foot Surgery
Reveille has undergone and all but recovered from her surgery on Wednesday. The procedure went well and as always the staff at Children’s Memorial Hospital could not have been more helpful. Reveille has taken this latest medical adventure as just another day and is getting along fine. Personally, I am glad to have this latest procedure behind us and not have another one ahead of us anytime soon. It is heart breaking and tiring to consistently have to see her in pain. It is necessary and the professionals working with her are some of the best in the world, but its difficult all the same. I am constantly amazed by Reveille though, and love her happy little self. She takes everything in stride and is getting very good at bouncing her latest cast. Who knows she may have a future in athletics.

Give my baby a big kiss and lots of love from her gampa, gampa. She is doing great and I cherish my play time with Reveille. As I said before she renews my spirit and allows me to laugh and smile from my heart and soul……thank you Jon and Heather for the gift of this wonderful child.
As the other grandpa in this little ones life I agree with gampa gampa Reveille is a special little kid and when you are with her she does lift your spririt. She is a good time and yiour heart does go out to her and Jon and Heather. You go gampa gampa
